Well we had a nice Christmas, with my parents, sister + intended, brother, and our four kids.
E. went to Scotland with the kids for new year. I was supposed to do, but had a bit of a fever for a few days around this time. It kind of worked out well, because we had a hotel booked in Edinburgh, and E. was able to take her sister + newborn for some shopping in Edinburgh.
Meanwhile, I hid under a duvet on the sofa until new year had passed, and then got the Guitar out and recorded some music. Why is it that you think it's fairly passable when you record it, but after that, you start to really hate what you've created?
